Elizabeth M. Siemer, LISW
My clients say that what we do together is special. That our therapy relationship allows them to understand their feelings and their behavior in ways they haven’t before. They tell me that they finally “get” why they feel stuck, why they feel depressed or anxious, why their lives aren’t what they’ve hoped for or expected.
Together, we will use my training as well as my warmth and compassion to shed light on you and your life. By gently listening to your unique story, I will help you understand yourself, and, in so doing, help you become “unstuck”, effect the change you desire, and find your way to your own happiness.
I opened InStill because it is my passion to help others, and my work is something I dearly love. I welcome the opportunity to offer you a nurturing and empathic environment where you can find what you need. I look forward to the pleasure of meeting you.

“It’s never too late to be who you might have been.” (George Elliot). My treatment philosophy is to respect that you are the expert in your own life and I am here to help you unlock your possibilities. I will help you to better understand patterns of behaviors and thoughts that may be limiting you, while developing strategies, skills, and power to be your best. And, I work with families to establish an understanding of what their loved one is going through, strategies for supporting, and ways to lift the helplessness of not knowing what to do next.
I approach my work from a systems perspective—working with individuals in the context of the culture, families, supports and communities in which they live. I utilize a variety of clinical treatment modalities matched to your needs, including: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), meditation and grounding techniques, cognitive processing therapy (CPT), psychoeducation, and methods drawn from dilectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
I specialize in individual therapy with adolescents and adults, group therapy and support, consultation, and training (for organizations, school systems, and institutions).
I earned my Masters degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and Non-Profit Management from University of Phoenix. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor in the State of Ohio. In addition, I am a certified Chronic Care Professional Health Coach through the Health Sciences Institute. I’m also a Professor at The Ohio State University in the College of Social Work and active in the NASW Ohio Chapter where I have held positions as a Co-Regional Director and Ethics Committee member.
Christine Tuck, MA, LPCC, MLC
I was reared and educated in the Pacific Northwest. My husband and I moved to Ohio in 2002. After getting credentialed in Ohio, I began a private practice in 2003. I specialize in helping people identify the causes and relieve the symptoms of anxiety and depression. I believe in treating the whole person. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, using a variety of treatments to move a person from a just surviving outlook to a thriving one. Some of the methods I use are cognitive behavioral treatments, EMDR, panic stopping and relaxation techniques, bilateral stimulation, and cultic abuse education. I strongly believe in the holistic approach to healing that is practiced at Instill Wellness.
I am also a master life coach helping people develop better relationships with their spouse, significant others, family, and co-workers. Life is here to be lived and enjoyed, not just maintained.

I am a beautifully driven psychotherapist who will always have the best of intentions towards my work, as I truly desire nothing but the best treatment for all of my clientele. Typically, I work with individuals and couples experiencing significant distress, such as, but not limited to, concerns related to sexuality, intimacy, anxiety, depression, interpersonal distress, work-related stress, and relationship issues. I help to assist clientele with identifying, coping, and maintaining their own needs, and to help support them in reaching their own personal goals and expectations in treatment.
When working with clients, I find my job to be infinitely rewarding in its nature. Specifically, in my field of expertise, my professional work is in perfect alignment and attunement with my own personal values. Meaning, as a therapist, I am allotted the opportunity to work with clientele to assist them in reaching their own professional and personal goals and aspirations.
I started my practice shortly after completing the first year of my PhD in Human Sexuality at the California Institute of Integral Studies. I was passionate about opening my own practice to help better serve, assist, and support adult clientele. I received my degrees from Allegheny College (B.S. Psychology. Michelle Sauberzweig, L.Ac, MSTCM
When I discovered Chinese Medicine I found my passion! I can honestly and confidently say that I am doing what I was truly meant to do on this earth. I love helping others naturally find their inner balance and achieve optimal health. It fills me with such joy to be a part of my patients’ journey in healing and becoming the healthy, happy person they desire to be.
New patient and follow-up sessions may include acupuncture, cupping, moxabustion, gui sha and dietary recommendations. I specialize in pulse diagnosis and treatment. With this, I am able to diagnose imbalances and use needles in specific locations to correct these imbalances. Since the pulse changes with every needle, I am able to check that each patient is balanced, make any changes or additions necessary in turn, and improve patient outcomes.
I completed my undergraduate studies at Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, Nebraska. In 2009, I earned my Master’s Degree at Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Denver. I practiced at Heritage Health in Centennial, Colorado for two years before starting my private practice in 2011. In 2014, I moved to Ohio and resumed working in private practice by starting Living Well Acupuncture in New Albany.
My specialties include women’s health, infertility, stress-related conditions, allergies, digestive disorders and muscular and joint pain.

Sara Millet, LMT
From a young age, I was drawn to hands-on healing techniques by watching many of my family members utilizing massage, crystal therapy, and aromatherapies in lieu of traditional Western medicine. This approach to whole-body healing lead to my passion for helping and supporting others in need of healing from within.
Through thoughtful listening and intuition, I have the ability to focus on both physical and energetic issues, creating an opportunity for soothing relaxation and deep healing. I approach each client and every issue with compassion, respect, and dignity.
I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2003, upon graduating from Ohio College of Massotherapy. I am certified in MediCupping™ Therapy and am a Reiki Practitioner in the traditional lineage of Usui, Hayashi, Takata,

Angela Centofanti, CBS
As a mother of seven, I understand the demands and stress that a busy life offers. The world pulls us in so many directions and the fuller our life is, the more hectic and stressful it becomes. My path changed significantly in 2009 when my fifth child was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. It was a devastating blow to our family and especially myself as the primary caregiver but I was not going to allow that diagnosis to alter our lives. I was determined to help my daughter flourish and live a full, happy life.
On this journey I discovered the main variable determining my own happiness was my stress level. But with a large busy family, keeping stress levels down seemed almost impossible and my mental and physical health suffered. In 2016, I was introduced to biofeedback as a tool to manage my stress, balance my body, and live a healthier life. I not only found it to be a wonderful support tool for myself, but also for my husband, children, and especially my daughter. During this experience, I decided to share what I have learned and dedicate myself to helping others.
As a Certified Biofeedback Specialist, I assist my clients in balancing life. During our sessions, my clients often feel comforted in realizing that although stress has overcome them, stress can be overcome. I offer meditation, stress management, and related tools and techniques to further support my clients. I love growing my practice and I find my work to be incredibly rewarding. My client list is vast and spans all ages.
As a young woman I became a licensed cosmetologist before going on to study political science at Otterbein University, graduating in 1997. Following undergraduate school I attended Capital University Law School and graduated with a JD in 2000. With a young family, practicing law was too time intensive so I switched paths, and enjoyed owning and operating a housekeeping and organizing business in New Albany for over twelve years. After becoming certified, I began my biofeedback practice In 2017.
