Elizabeth M. Siemer, LISW
Founder, Psychotherapy
My clients say that what we do together is special. That our therapy relationship allows them to understand their feelings and their behavior in ways they haven’t before. They tell me that they finally “get” why they feel stuck, why they feel depressed or anxious, why their lives aren’t what they’ve hoped for or expected.
Together, we will use my training as well as my warmth and compassion to shed light on you and your life. By gently listening to your unique story, I will help you understand yourself, and, in so doing, help you become “unstuck”, effect the change you desire, and find your way to your own happiness.
I opened InStill because it is my passion to help others, and my work is something I dearly love. I welcome the opportunity to offer you a nurturing and empathic environment where you can find what you need. I look forward to the pleasure of meeting you.

Kristen Hicks, LISW, TRCC, CTRP
Psychotherapy
Welcome! By choosing counseling, you're making important investments in your health and future. As your support person along this path, I'll hold space when you need a safe, quiet container to process and heal, and I'll be compassionate and honest when you want a reflection. You are the expert when it comes to you, and I'll offer my help to co-create a path to your goals. I'm not here to tell you what's "wrong" with you but instead, to explore what what you've experienced and how you've survived.
My education includes a Bachelor of Science Degree from Bethany College (Class of 2005) and a Master of Social Work degree from The University of New England (Class of 2017). I'm an Independent Social Worker, licensed in the state of Ohio with certificates in trauma resilience and trauma responsive care, as well as a deep knowledge of how trauma impacts the physical body and brain. I've also completed a certificate in Eco-psychology, so if you find healing in nature we'll get along great! If you prefer outdoor sessions, there are options available.
My background includes many years in direct care and case management, intensive family counseling, medical social work, and hospice/community bereavement counseling. I believe we are all products of our unique environments, and although we are impacted by all that's around us, we can grow to create our own positive impact in our environment. My passions include experiential approaches such as Adventure Therapy and Ecotherapy. Positive psychology is embedded in my approach, shifting focus from problem to solution when you feel ready.
I look forward to meeting you and to honoring the stories you share. 🙂 For more information about how I can help you and your family, please feel free to reach me at (614) 203-1912 or visit my website: https://kristen-hicks.clientsecure.me/

Christine Tuck, MA, LPCC, MLC
Psychotherapy
I was reared and educated in the Pacific Northwest. My husband and I moved to Ohio in 2002. After getting credentialed in Ohio, I began a private practice in 2003. I specialize in helping people identify the causes and relieve the symptoms of anxiety and depression. I believe in treating the whole person. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, using a variety of treatments to move a person from a just surviving outlook to a thriving one. Some of the methods I use are cognitive behavioral treatments, EMDR, panic stopping and relaxation techniques, bilateral stimulation, and cultic abuse education. I strongly believe in the holistic approach to healing that is practiced at Instill Wellness.
I am also a master life coach helping people develop better relationships with their spouse, significant others, family, and co-workers. Life is here to be lived and enjoyed, not just maintained.

Michelle Sauberzweig, L.Ac, MSTCM
Acupuncture
When I discovered Chinese Medicine I found my passion! I can honestly and confidently say that I am doing what I was truly meant to do on this earth. I love helping others naturally find their inner balance and achieve optimal health. It fills me with such joy to be a part of my patients’ journey in healing and becoming the healthy, happy person they desire to be.
New patient and follow-up sessions may include acupuncture, cupping, moxabustion, gui sha and dietary recommendations. I specialize in pulse diagnosis and treatment. With this, I am able to diagnose imbalances and use needles in specific locations to correct these imbalances. Since the pulse changes with every needle, I am able to check that each patient is balanced, make any changes or additions necessary in turn, and improve patient outcomes.
I completed my undergraduate studies at Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, Nebraska. In 2009, I earned my Master’s Degree at Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Denver. I practiced at Heritage Health in Centennial, Colorado for two years before starting my private practice in 2011. In 2014, I moved to Ohio and resumed working in private practice by starting Living Well Acupuncture in New Albany.
My specialties include women’s health, infertility, stress-related conditions, allergies, digestive disorders and muscular and joint pain.

Sara Millet, LMT
Reiki, MediCupping™
From a young age, I was drawn to hands-on healing techniques by watching many of my family members utilizing massage, crystal therapy, and aromatherapies in lieu of traditional Western medicine. This approach to whole-body healing lead to my passion for helping and supporting others in need of healing from within.
Through thoughtful listening and intuition, I have the ability to focus on both physical and energetic issues, creating an opportunity for soothing relaxation and deep healing. I approach each client and every issue with compassion, respect, and dignity.
I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2003, upon graduating from Ohio College of Massotherapy. I am certified in MediCupping™ Therapy and am a Reiki Practitioner in the traditional lineage of Usui, Hayashi, Takata,
Gray, Rosenthal, and Sands.

Dr. Sandra Solano, MD, MS
HeartMath® Master Trainer, Founder & Executive Director of Integro
I was born in Bogota, Colombia where I completed my medical studies. As a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Public Health, I had a very successful 25-year career in Public Health and Preventive Medicine. I continued searching for holistic modalities for wellness that were scientifically sound and effective for my own health needs. After extensive research, I learned and experienced the tools created by the HeartMath® Institute and became a HeartMath® Certified Trainer. I seek to bring the transformation and balance that I experienced to others.
I also became certified in Sound Therapy through the ancient practice of Tibetan Singing Bowls and Holographic Memory Resolution® as additional tools to help others their manage stress and emotional health.
The experience of learning these techniques brought me a new understanding of health as a state of balance, synchronicity, and wholeness. I see every person as a perfect being and view these techniques as tools to facilitate the restoration of balance and centeredness that allow us to live and manifest as perfect, whole and connected individuals. My medical training allows me to appreciate the importance of traditional and complementary health care.
